At Aerovision International College, we believe that every individual deserves to study and work in an environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, and intimidation. Our Zero Harassment Policy is built on the foundation of respect, dignity, and equality, ensuring that all students, faculty, and staff can thrive in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
We are committed to fostering a culture of mutual respect. Everyone in our community—regardless of age, gender, race, religion, nationality, or background—must be treated fairly and with dignity. Diversity is our strength, and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
Harassment in any form—verbal, physical, emotional, or online—will not be tolerated. This includes bullying, discrimination, inappropriate jokes, unwanted advances, offensive language, or any behavior that undermines another individual’s sense of safety and belonging.
Students and staff are strongly encouraged to report any incidents of harassment immediately. Our reporting system is designed to be confidential, accessible, and non-retaliatory. Victims will receive the necessary support, guidance, and protection throughout the process.
Every report will be taken seriously and investigated promptly with fairness and impartiality. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against those found guilty, up to and including suspension or dismissal.
We provide regular training, workshops, and awareness sessions to ensure that everyone understands what constitutes harassment, how to prevent it, and how to create a respectful community.
Our priority is to maintain an environment where students can focus on their studies, staff can perform their duties, and everyone feels safe, valued, and respected.
By implementing this Zero Harassment Policy, Aerovision International College reinforces its dedication to building a positive educational experience where safety, equality, and personal growth are protected at all times.
